Fingerprint Matching — Setup Required
The scanner is connected, but the Mantra MFS100 SDK Web Service
is not installed. This service is needed for local fingerprint matching.
- Visit mantraesolution.com → Downloads → SDK → MFS100
- Install the MFS100 SDK Web Service
- Reload this page — it will auto-detect the service
- Re-enrol all employee fingerprints (existing ones are encrypted and must be reset)
Verify install: http://localhost:11100/mfs100/info should return JSON device info.
